Admin: Apparently they call it 'bamboo telegraph'. Seriously.

America: She got me all paranoid that my plans might reach Japan or something!

Philippines: They'll never figure it out! hehehe!

EDIT:
Admin: My friend finally returned my history book where I got the 'bamboo telegraph'. Here's some parts of it, I thought I'd share it in case you'd want to read it. Im not gonna tell what book it is, I have my reasons, but this was in January 1945.

'If the villagers were excited to see his men, no one was the least bit surprised by their presence. The barrio already seemed to be well aware of the Ranger's mission. It was as though John the Baptist had passed through town several days earlier to herald their imminent arrival. Children, grandmothers, even the dogs appeared to know what was afoot.

....'"So I guess the cats's out of the bag!', he snapped. The last thing a Ranger on assignment ever wanted was for his reputation to precede him. That this "top secret" mission was now common knowledge seemed to mock all their assiduous efforts at stealth. They could only cross their fingers and pray the virus of common knowledge didnt spread to Japanese ears.

....

It was nerve-racking to think about all the nightmare contingencies that could concievably arise from this gnawing problems of leaks. In the end, there wasnt much they could do about it. He could muzzle the dogs, yet how could he expect to muzzle an entire province? This was the Philippines after all. The villagers didnt love the Japanese, but they loved to talk. As a people, the Filipinos were famous for their garrulousness. They were the Irish of Asia, it was sometimes said - warm, openhearted, story-loving, with unslakable appetites for the latest rumor or fact. Throughout the Philippines, there was a phenomenon known as the Bamboo Telegraph. News of every kind seemed to race across the countryside, if not at electric speed, then close to it. Not that the news was particularly accurate or nuanced, but for a drowsy corner of the Asian tropics largely lacking in telephones or electric lines, or even decent roads, it was mystifying how people deep in the provinces received word of important events so fast. The guerrillas had their own runners who plied the foot paths between barrios on foot or on the back of ponies, disseminating details of one impending action or another. Even when the runners werent running, though, the Bamboo Telegraph worked its magic, with every half fact and whispered secrets seemingly borne on the wind.'

Philippines: How could you tell that to every one!? That was supposed to be secret!
